House in the old part of Premantura. Two floors, second floor with 1 triple room & 1 double room with shared bathroom for rent. In a courtyard Studio 2 pers. appartment with kitchenette and bathroom also for rent. AC,SAT TV, free WIFI available. Parking available (must be reserved and accepted in advance).
I am retired businessman and diplomat, father of three adult sons and widower. I love swimming and sailing, cars and driving, making good food especially grilling and mediterranean specialities. All in all normal guy.
Property is in a old part of Premantura where Premantura residents live, so it is not exlusively tourist part of Premantura. Grocery store 100 meters, entrance to Kamenjak Nature Park approx. 200 meters away, nearest restaurant 100 meters away, rent a bike very near as well as turist agency which organizes excursions, kayak tours and many other entertainig events. All in all, an excellent location for a stay in Premantura.
