Apartman se nalazi u zgradi koja s jedne strane nudi prekrasan pogled na more, a s druge na cijeli Split. Unutrašnjost apartmana uređena je na način da se gosti osjećaju ugodno i konforno. Objekt je smješten 10 minuta hoda do samog centra grada u kojem gosti mogu uživati u prekrasnoj rivi i kulturnim znamenitostima kao što su Dioklecianova palača, Peristil, Prokurative i još mnogo drugih. Sam grad koji je u neposrednoj blizini nudi brojne ugostiteljske i zabavne sadržaje. Plaža i kupalište s bazenom su udaljeni 300m od apartmana, kao i teniski tereni te stadion Poljud na kojem se održava poznati festival elektronske glazbe Ultra. Park - šuma Marjan nalazi se 600 metara od apartmana koja također nudi prirodne plaže, šetališta i sportske sadržaje.
Vedra i vesela osoba, prepuna novih ideja i izazova. U slobodno vrijeme opuštam se šetanjama po prirodi i uz more te uzgajanjem cvijeća.
