Fantastic location! 75 m2 house situated right in the heart of Novalja, in the pedestrian area. Just 20 meters from the closest grocery store, 60 meters from the nearest restaurant, 70 meters from the main town square, and only 5 km from Zrce beach. All furniture and equipment in the house are new. Smoking is allowed! Free Nespresso coffee capsules and welcome gift. Make yourself comfortable and enjoy your well deserved holidays ;-)
