Beautiful stone house Vanela with breathtaking views of the sea and the mountain! The pool is absolutely gorgeous, as the rest of the property. Absolute peace, a place to relax and unwind! Located in a quiet hamlet above Tucepi, surrounded by olive groves, pine trees and Mediterranean plants. 1 k m away from the sea and all the attractions of the city, it offers privacy and quiet holiday. This newly renovated stone house is spread over 230 sqm. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen with dining room and a toilet. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, each with private bathroom with shower, living room with seating elements (the sofa can be used as a extra bed for two children). Bedrooms are air-conditioned and heated. From the living room you come to the large terrace with garden furniture, private pool 6 x 4 m, depth 1.5 m with sunloungers, an outdoor shower. There are 4 parking spaces available and a covered barbecue area.
