This beauty is only 80 metres from the sea and will offer you a fantastic view of the crystal clear Adriatic where you will enjoy like a king! This modern villa is ready to open its doors for a maximum of 14, and optimally 12 people. It is ideal for large families with children or a larger group of friends who want to enjoy complete luxury! You have 280 m2 of living space at your disposal, while the total area of the property is 600 m2. The nearest pebble beach is 100 metres away, which is an excellent opportunity for fun, swimming and exploring the depths of the sea. The villa is fully air-conditioned, and guests will be comfortably accommodated on the top floor in 6 bedrooms with double beds (160x200) and associated ensuite bathrooms. The rooms also have a terrace from which you can drink your morning coffee or simply enjoy the view. On the ground floor, you will prepare your favourite meals for your family and friends in the modern kitchen, and you will enjoy delicious dinners at the dining table in the dining room! The kitchen also contains a bar with 4 bar stools. The spacious living room will be a place for afternoon socializing with a good movie or your favourite series. Children will be able to play PlayStation.
