Overlooking Rovinj old town and situated near "Punta Corrente" nature park, Villa Grace is the perfect spot for visiting your favourite beach and just a 5 minutes walk away form the old town.

The property is located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood, but not too far from the action and just a minute stroll from the sea. The bus station is 3 minutes away and a pharmacy and 2 super-markets are even closer.
