In a small village not far from Malinska (2 km), in a quiet and beautiful location, is located a luxurious villa of 253 m² with a swimming pool on a spacious fenced garden of 1209 m² decorated with centuries-old trees and olive trees. Contemporary construction, modern design and the perfect blend of traditional and modern. The villa is built of high quality materials; ceramics, stone, top flooring, PVC joinery, the highest quality heating and cooling system. Superb stonemasoning and stone work. The Villa is categorized as a 5 star holiday home. It consists of three floors; basement 93.70 m², ground floor 86 m², floor 74.15 m². Quiet environment, lots of greenery. The garden is fully landscaped with irrigation function. Large spacious terraces, loggia, six bedrooms, living room, kitchen, four bathrooms. Those who love peace and quiet, top quality and a blend of traditional and modern, will recognize this property as a special opportunity for what it is!
