Villa Runcika Luxury Apartment is first row to the sea with a large private terrace and its very own private pool overlooking the sea. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathroom plus there is a separate guest bathroom. There is air conditioning in the both bedrooms as well as in the open concept living room, kitchen and dining area.
I’m a sea lover that spends the winter months creating sea inspired art. I have 8 years experience in hosting and enjoy making my guests feel they are at home when visiting my properties. I love sharing my knowledge of the area and am always available to contact regarding any inquiries.
Lukoran is an idyllic small sea front village, far from the tourist crowds that have even found their way to our beautiful small island. Thanks to the short ferry ride and connecting bus line it is easily accessible to the city of Zadar. The car ferry is scheduled every 1 to 2 hours. The protected bay with crystal clear waters makes it ideal for swimming, snorkeling, kayaking and paddle boarding. There is a restaurant and small market walking distance from the property.
