New, modern villa with pool and jacuzzi in the village Privlaka (Nin) with 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, terrace with pool and rooftop terrace with jacuzzi. Fully air conditioned for an easier stay during summer, floor heating for a cosy winter. Starlink fast internet, free parking, grill, closest sandy beach 100m, all important amenities close within 500m (supermarkets, restaurants, cafe, pharmacy, butchers, bakery, church...) Welcome to Villa Vista - your view of a perfect vacation :)
