This 400 sqm, 5-bedroom newly built villa located in Keszthely-Kertváros, with a panoramic view of Hévíz. The house has 4 bathrooms, living room with large American kitchen, wellness area (jacuzzi, sauna), billiard room, cinema corner, two-car garage, outdoor pool on a 1700 sqm plot. The kitchen is fully equipped and mechanized. Parking for additional cars is also easy. The area is suitable for peaceful relaxation. IT IS PROHIBITED TO HOLD PARTIES. FAMILIES LIVE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD, THAT'S WHY NO NOISE IS ALLOWED. Hévíz is only 3 km away.
