Located in the heart of the beautiful Tabanan countryside, Alam Taman Villa is the perfect location to experience a true balinese holiday, in perfect harmony with the surrounding nature. The resort consists in 2 traditional wooden bungalows, each with their own semi-outdoor bathroom, and the main house where we live. Your wooden private bungalow has a rice straw thatched roof (or alang alang). Its architecture is inspired from rice warehouses. It benefits from all modern comfort: 45 m2 area, king size bed (1m80 x 2m),air conditioning, fan, mosquito net, wardrobe,private terrace overlooking the garden, the lake and rice fields, Enjoy your private terrace overlooking the lake and the rice fields, where complimentary breakfast is served every morning. Big garden and shared swimming pool. The 2 bungalows are rented individually or together.
We will be happy to do everything we can to make your stay with us more enjoyable. We have been living in Bali for many years and can advise you on activities and sight seeing. We can also organise airport transfer, motorbike or car rental.
Our place is located in the country side, 30 mins drive from Ubud, Bali's cultural capital, and 30 mins drive from Seminyak & Kuta area, famous for the beach and nightlife. The must see Temple of Tanah Lot is only 20 mins away and closer to us we also have a monkey forest and a string of balinese temples that you will be able to visit away from the crowd. Alam Taman is perfect if you are looking for an authentic and relaxing holidays. It is centrally located to allow day trip excursion to either the north or South of Bali. It is also a wonderful place for meditation and yoga lovers. You can walk to the small local village where the people still live a traditional and quiet life.
