WELCOME TO Villa Alicia Villa Alicia is a luxurious home for those who enjoy good quality of staying with affordable price. Located near the hearth of Seturan and Babarsari, it is close to several famous universities (Atmajaya, UPN, Sanata Dharma, STIE YKPN, STT Nas). Seturan and Babarsari are centres of educations as well as culinary. Many restaurants and “kaki lima” (side walks) serving Indonesian and westerns/oriental food are available here with relatively cheap price (local price). Villa Alicia has good access to Afandi Street (Jalan Gejayan), Jalan Solo and Ring Road. Just 10 minutes from Adisucipto airport, 10 minutes to 3 big malls (Ambarukmo Plaza, Sahid J walk, and Hartono mall), 10 minutes to Gadjah Mada University, 20 minutes to the center of the city, and 20 minutes to Prambanan Temple. Just crossing Ringroad to the largest water park in Indonesia : Jogjabay. Not so far from the modern life, yet still so green and fresh from the Bamboo trees and river nearby Villa Alicia.
I am a simple person who like simple things in life. Enjoy meeting people from all over the world with their different cultures and way of life. Travelling is one of my favorite to find new things in life and seek the balance.
