Schull and its magnificent harbour and little shops, pubs, restaurants everything in walking distance. This is an ideal space to explore West Cork, Crookhaven, Barley cove, the Mizen, Three Castle Head, Sheep’s Head, Ballydehob and Beara Peninsula as well as the Islands and the iconic Fastnet Rock Lighthouse. With scenic walks, cycling and sailing. Schull is on the Atlantic way and the magical Mizen Peninsula famous for its warm welcome, the Fastnet film festival, Calves Week sailing competitions, Regatta, live music in pubs and the top-quality shops and restaurants. Once you get here, nowhere is far away. Everything is on the doorstep of these houses. The largest village on the peninsula is Schull. Set in the centre of an area of outstanding natural beauty, the village is one of the loveliest in West Cork. The prevailing south-westerly winds come over more than two thousand miles of open sea and the air is marvellously clear and clean.
