Spacious 4 bedroom Farmhouse recently refurbished to a very high standard. The house sleeps up to 8 adults. We supply a cot, free of charge, if required. Our house is located in the heart of the countryside with fantastic views of North Kerry and the Wild Atlantic Coast. Banna, Ballyheigue & Castlegregory beaches can also been seen from the patio at the house. Although the house is in the countryside, we are only a 10 minute drive to Tralee town and a 15 minute drive to Listowel town. It is a great Location for exploring the beautiful Kerry scenery, The Cliffs of Moher & Blarney Castle. There are a choice of Beaches and Golf courses within a 15 minute drive. Beautiful senic walks which include Ballyseedy Woods, Glenageenty & Lyreacrompane Woodland walk. FREE WiFi through out the house and garden.
We are married 25 years. We live close by and we are available 24hrs a day. We will do our best to make your stay with us enjoyable & also advise you on where to go in our beautiful County Kerry . We both work on our Dairy farm and love the rural way of life. There are plenty of animals including cows & calves ,6 dogs who are always delighted to go for a walk with our guests in the evening and our horse 'Summer' who is always a favourite with everyone and our daughter Aisling will only be too happy to let you ride her in the paddock beside the house A visit to our working farm is possible under our supervision.
Our local villages, Kilflynn , is only 2km away. Kilflynn have 2 lovely country pubs, Parkers and Herberts and there is also a takeaway with friendly staff and great food. There is also a local shop, and church. There is a scenic walk to a holy well from the property. Abbeydorney village is also 2km away and also has pubs, shops, Filling station, Cherish restaurant, PO, children's playground & church. From the house there are nice walks with scenic country views. We have choice of golf courses- Tralee, Ballybunion & Killarney- and beaches just a short drive away.
