Newly constructed 1 bedroom pod located in the heart of Downings. Ideal location within walking distance of the village center and 200m from a blue flag beach. Rosapenna Golf Course is 1km away, as are most of the amenities of the area. Coastal Heaven is an excellent base for couples looking for an outdoor holiday, golfing, cycling, water sports, hiking, and more. The pod is (20sq) and has a double luxurious bed&; kitchenette& lounge area, toilet with wash hand basin, outside warm water shower, and terrace. It is finished to a high standard and has good coordination of colors, furniture, and soft furnishings with quality bed linen and towels provided. The shower is an outdoor shower with warm water. There is a small kitchenette area with facilities that include; a microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, mini fridge, crockery, WIFI connection, smart TV, and hairdryer. A toaster and iron can be provided upon request. A fire alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire blankets are in place. Secure car parking at the premises. Guests can also avail of self-check-in. Enjoy your outdoor warm water shower.
