I am a property manager and technology geek from Dublin city. I grew up around the Drumcondra area and continue to live here. I have spent some of the best years of my life around the north inner city and it has been fantastic here. I enjoy music and traveling. Property information

This studio apartment is the perfect resting place all tourists enjoying the Guinness in the city centre, it is in an excellent location, perfect for sightseeing. Only 5 minutes in a taxi to Templebar. Dublins main train and bus station, Connelly Station is a 10 minute walk away. Anything you could possibly want to do in Dublin city centre is a short walk away. Come, relax and enjoy Dublin in my beautiful apartment. We are near many good pubs, interesting museums and beautiful parks.

Neighbourhood information

Summerhill is a fabulous part of Dublin. It is a very busy part in the north inner city. Our home is walking distance from the spire (one of the main meeting points in the centre of O'Connell street). The apartment is located a 10 minute walk from O'Connell street which is busy with many tourist attractions and pubs which can be very busy on a Friday and Saturday night. It is also a short walking distance from Croke Park, which is the biggest stadium in Ireland, this is were the national sports of Ireland are played, such as GAA and hurling. There are many nice cafes and restaurants in the vicinity which we can recommend for you.
