Company information

Rock Farm Slane is a 90 acre organic farm on the Slane Castle Estate which hosts guests all year round on the Glamping and in our holiday lets.

Property information

The River House is located at the bottom of Rock Farm Slane close to Slane Bridge and 5 minutes walk from the historic village of Slane and the Millhouse Wedding venue. Rock Farm Slane is an ecotourism destination and organic farm. You will have access to the Ramparts River Boyne walk on the other side of the canal from the house with 4+km walks each way. If the rest of the farm is not booked out for private hires you will also have access to the natural swimming pool and walks on the farm.

Neighbourhood information

Slane is an historic village with good pubs and restaurants. We are located 5km from Newgrange and 3km from Slane Castle and a 5 minute walk from the Millhouse in Slane. There are fabulous walks along the Boyne Ramparts Walk which runs close to the house. Collins Bus Slane to Dublin Bus Eireann buses daily from Slane to Drogheda and Navan Electric bikes for hire from the farm.
