Newly renovated, stylish, bright and peaceful bungalow sits on a hillside with stunning views of the Pontoon countryside overlooking Loughs Conn and Cullen with Nephin Mountain Range in the background. Its location provides the perfect radius to explore the West of Ireland and the Wild Atlantic Way. Foxford & Ballina towns are close by. Castlebar ; Westport ; Newport; Achill Island ; Ballycastle; Crossmolina ; Enniscrone are also a short drive away as is Ireland West Airport, Knock.

The neighbourhood is a rural setting with easy access by car to all towns ; villages areas of interest in County Mayo and West Sligo. The property is centrally located to choose a visit to any of these areas for day trips A car is highly recommended for ease of movement to take in all the wider area has to offer in the locality. Parking is free at the property and the immediate area offer a few different loop walks with stunning scenery.
