2-bedroom house with living room and kitchen. Wonderful, quiet garden with outdoor dining table, BBQ, table tennis, herbs and spices. Next door is Elma hotel with unique concert hall and performance bar, art shows, spa and wonderful scenery. Separate entrance with your private parking. Zichron Yaakov's pedestrian mall is within 10 minutes walk: Shops, galleries, cafes and museums. Ramat Hanadiv gardens and nature reserve - 10 minutes drive. Also nearby - beaches, nature trails, movie theatres.
We have been living in Zichron Yaakov for over 25 years, and love this place! We bike and walk the nature trails, visit local wineries, attend wonderful concerts right next door and enjoy sunsets, sea breeze and lots of birds. We live next door and available for any question and need.
Quiet residential neighborhood. Next door to Elma Hotel and Arts complex, offering an amazing concert hall, performance bar, art galleries and spa. Wonderful sea views along the street. Your gated parking spot for one car is a few steps away from the garden. Street paid parking is available for additional cars. 10 minutes walk to the town's main bus stop.
