איזור רגוע ללא תנועה של רכבים. בית החוף עבר לאחרונה שיפוץ יסודי ונראה חדש לגמרי בדיוק כמו בתמונות, אך השכונה עצמה היא מהוותיקות בחיפה/קריית חיים והבניינים מבחוץ נראים ישנים. ישנם מספר עסקים מקומיים באיזור לאוכל ומצרכים. בתי קפה וברים קטנים באיזור החוף. כשהחלונות פתוחים שומעים היטב את רעש הגלים, ויתכן רעש מהמבלים בחוף בשעות השיא. והכי חשוב הדירה ממש על הים, ואם אתם אנשים של ים תתרגשו לגלות כי זה כנראה המבנה הכי קרוב לים בישראל;) בואו לבלות!
