The property has four air directions, the apartment is about fifteen minutes' drive from the sea and a mall, near the exit to the south-north road, well maintained with lots of sun within walking distance from the sea In front of the house there is a Grocery store you can buy food . The apartment has a new kitchen equipped with dishes, a Makrogel gas stove, two toilets, bathrooms, two closets, air conditioning in each room, a double bed in each room.There is also a laundry room
