This is a beautiful, new 7th floor apartment with a stunning view from the large balcony. It is in a complex that is free of pests and dirt, and is located near a playground and botanical garden, as well as all city attractions and transportation. The apartment comes with one parking space. Inside the apartment, there is a spacious hall with a panoramic window that leads to the large balcony. The hall features a comfortable sofa, a large TV, and a dining area with a table and four chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, and all necessary utensils. Additionally, there is a mobile fire extinguisher installed in the kitchen for added safety. There are two bedrooms in the apartment. The first bedroom has a double bed, individual bedside tables, a chest of drawers, TV, and a mirror. The second bedroom features a two single beds, individual bedside tables and clothes hanger. The washing room comes equipped with a washing machine and a drying rack for laundry. There are two bathrooms in the apartment, one with a bath and a toilet and the other with only a toilet. The apartment is equipped with central air conditioning and a central fire extinguishing system for added safety. Overall, this apartment offers a comfortable living space with all the amenities needed for a convenient and peaceful lifestyle.
