Bedrooms This villa features two spacious bedrooms, both conveniently located on the same level. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, a comfortable bed, and space to accommodate an extra mattress for additional guests. Bedroom 1 has a private en-suite bathroom, while Bedroom 2 has a dedicated bathroom just outside the door. Both bathrooms are stocked with hot water, a Western-style toilet (WC), fresh towels, and essential toiletries for your comfort. Living Room Relax in the cozy lounge area, furnished with plush sofas for ultimate comfort. Enjoy your favorite shows on the TV with cable connection, making for a great entertainment setup. The living room overlooks the pool and garden, offering a refreshing and serene ambiance throughout your stay. In-House Meals Indulge in authentic Maharashtrian-style homemade meals prepared by our caretaker. Meals are available on prior request:

1. The house is surrounded by trees and hence post sunset a lot of moths and insects may enter the house if doors are kept open. You must keep windows and doors closed to avoid insects entering inside. 2. The neighbourhood fruits and vegetable farm is NOT our premises and inaccessible by our guests. Please do not try to enter as there are guard dogs in their premises. 3. Kitchen usage by guests is NOT allowed except for making baby food or tea/coffee. 4. No lifeguard on duty. Children must be attended by elders during all times around the pool and nearby areas. 5. As the house is located in city outskirts it is bound to have frequent electrical fluctuations, especially in monsoons. There is an inverter backup which will power only lights and fans. 6. The house is located near an industrial area. There may be occasional machinery noises around. Take a refreshing dip in your private pool, which includes a shallow section for kids. Enjoy the lush lawn, perfect for barefoot walks or fun outdoor games. Unwind in the covered gazebo sit-out, featuring outdoor furniture with a beautiful pool view. Experience a self-catered BBQ or a bonfire (available only during dry winter & summer months, upon prior request). Dance in the rain dance area, located right next to the swimming pool. Step out onto the deck for an al fresco breakfast, with a stunning view of the pool and garden. Engage in fun board games available for both adults and children. Explore nearby attractions like Mulshi Dam and Lavasa City, both just a 30-45 minute scenic drive away. Fresh toiletries, linens, and towels are provided to ensure a comfortable and hassle-free stay.
