Hey , we are from Delhi , settled in mukteshwar. We are also running a cafe in the same premises. For us this property like the name suggests 11 11 Farms really resonates with it . Its secluded , yet on road with amazing valley view , beautiful sunsets , magical treks around the property . We have an inhouse orchard with different conceptual gardens around our property. If you really want to experience staying within , this will really give you an idea of what hills have to offer . Our farmstay policies are as follows : No shoes inside And we take a 100 % advance for freezing said dates for our guests . For longer stays we can work on a fair ratio . Booking won't be confirmed , if we aren't able to process this. Rules If there are any damages , it will be billed at the time of check out

Check in time is 2pm . It's a 2 bedroom boutique Farmstay (not a hotel) having an outdoor jacuzzi (chargeable). Each bedroom have its own unique traits and personalities , One bedroom follows a trait of the Limewash concept and the other one is inspired by the nature's colours . The property also has two different halls and a proper kitchen . ( Kitchen is chargeable ) . If you don't want kitchen access we also have a food menu available. Our outdoor private area consists of the open air jacuzzi with shower , ice baths are available on prior request , play area , badminton on terrace , picnic spot , covered seating area , private driveway , Seasonal Fruits orchards . All of these are present at our farmstay for your leisure. Extra bed facility is available. Seating setups as shown in pictures Breakfast - In the garden Coffee time - At the deck Tea time and snack - Front yard area Bonfire (chargeable)- Deck/Front yard Kindly note booking will be subject to availability . A telephonic conversation or a chat from the guest and property end, is required to freeze the booking from both side. Kindly note this as an important message .
