- Situated 15 kms away from Kottayam town, Kerala, our homestay is in a village called Areeparambu.Our property has two bedrooms (attached bathroom) dining , living and kitchen facilities. - Guests are welcome to cook their own dishes. - We have plenty of parking space. - Guests can experience the biological diversity mainly pepper, coffee, coconut, and other fruit plants. As you see in the pictures homestay is more like a traditional Kerala house with a 'NADUMUTTAM'.
- Host is a retired photojournalist. Guests can avail the services as a photographer, as a tour guide and as a driver for touring different destinatiions. - Host's wife is a makeover artist. Guests are welcome to avail whole make up services.
- Beautiful green countryside with nearby temples and churches. - Areeparambu Mahadevar temple is one of the main attraction nearby. - Manarcadu St. Mary's Cathedral is 3 kms away. - The heritage sites like Cheriya palli, Juma masjid, Thazhathangady old market are 15 kms away. - Museum of the first printing press imported by british christian missionaries are in Kottayam town. Visit to the first college (1857) CMS college, is in Kottayam town. - Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary is 29 km from Rose Retreat Homestay , while Mango Meadows Agricultural Theme Park is 29 km from the property.
