I’m Luise, originally from Germany. I moved to South India after falling in love with the life by the ocean and the warm, friendly community of Varkala. Together with my partner, we founded Thira House to share our passion for this small beach town and to offer a home for those who love the ocean.

Property information

Thira House is your peaceful stay by the sea, just steps from Varkala Beach. Our modern villa offers six comfortable double rooms with private balconies, air conditioning, and hot water. Opened in September 2025, we look forward to welcoming you.

Thira House is just a short walk from Varkala Beach and popular local spots like North Cliff, Black Beach, and Sree Janardhana Swamy Temple. Our quiet and safe neighborhood is the perfect place to relax and explore Varkala’s unique charm.
