A beautiful luxurious newly renovated house/villa in a small greenhouse village Laugarás, South Iceland. The centre of The Golden Circle area. Free Wi-Fi, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. A large living room with a big flat screen and bluetooth sound system. Also a large 60 sqm. garage/ game room with table tennis, dart, fuss ball and more. Washing machine and a dryer. A large outdoor area with a small soccer field, swings and a hot tub. Very sheltered terrace with barbecue and garden furniture. The house is about 1 hour drive from Reykjavik capital city and 1 hour and 30 minutes from the international airport. Very beautiful, calm and child friendly neighbourhood. Great opportunity for families.
