It is located in Strada del Villair 42, the apartment is a warm mountain refuge ideal for enjoying a few days of relaxation with a splendid view of the mountains.
Located in the Villair Inferiore at no. 42, 7 minutes walk from the town center, it is one of the few villas that have a private park all around the house and pastures that do not cover the panorama, a view of the slopes and the Mont Blanc massif.
Easy to reach with always clean streets, comfortable apartment on the ground floor, with exclusive terrace and the outdoor parking with wall box is just a few meters from the windows, ideal for those who want to do a lot with little time.
