Al piano sotto c'è un grande salone , la terrazza , un bagno con doccia , wc e lavatrice e una spaziosa cuina dotata di lavastoviglie, frigo , forno , microonde e tutti gli utensili da cucina . All'esterno c'è un ampio giardino con vasca idromassaggio e lettini da sole per regarlarsi un po di relax. C'è la possibilità di parcheggiare all'interno della struttura. Si specifica che questa struttura non offre colazione per i clienti .
