Troviamo il parco Mandela a circa 500 metri dalla struttura con piscina per adulti e bambini e c'è un grande parco con attrezzature per il divertimento dei bambini con un ampio parcheggio l'appartamento è costituito da due camere da letto, una matrimoniale una con due letti singoli quella con due letti singoli affaccia sul lato ferrovia. Non c'è la cucina affittiamo solo le 2 camere con 1 bagno allo stesso gruppo o alla stessa famiglia Inoltre la spiaggia di Riva Trigoso é a 15 minuti a piedi dalla casa.
