The farmhouse has six independent apartments, all situated in an atmosphere of silence and peace, with a wellness center at your disposal and a large garden, where you can relax in contact with nature and admiring the panorama of the Lake of Como and its mountains. You will have all the comfort and space of an independent apartment, and you will also have access to the whole garden of the farmhouse and book a biosauna, whirlpool or one of the many treatments available in the wellness center every day from 16.00 to 19.00. The farmhouse is located on a hill above Gravedona, so it remains in a very quiet and reserved place, while allowing you to reach the shores of the lake and all the services (restaurants, bars, lidos and beaches) in just 10 minutes by car. The raised position will also allow you to enjoy a magnificent view over the entire northern part of Lake Como!

The farmhouse can be reached via two roads: one has a very narrow point, and the second has a dirt piece about 100 meters long. However nothing too difficult, the view you will enjoy once you arrive will fully compensate for this small problem. Before your arrival we will provide you all the detailed information based on your car, and if you really don't feel safe to make it you can still leave it in a public parking at less than two minutes on foot.
