Property information

The structure is a house built in stone and dates back to 1771 and was completely renovated from 2002 to 2004; The structure is made up of three floors: On the ground floor there is a large breakfast room with fireplace, kitchen with wood-burning oven, barbecue with gazebo, a laundry room. On the first floor there are three apartments: Oreste apartment (3+2), Bruno apartment (2+1) and Gianni apartment (2+1). On the second floor we find: the Sandri apartment (2+3), the Amelia apartment (2+1) and the Moretta apartment (3+2). All apartments are equipped with dishes, everything for cooking, sheets, towels and pool towels. Inside each apartment you will find a guide written by me in Italian and English with the most beautiful places to visit. Furthermore, all the suggestions and characteristics of the restaurants in our area. Outside, a beautiful panoramic swimming pool (6 meters by 12 metres) 150 cm deep over the entire surface; all around tables, deckchairs, chairs and umbrellas.
