Villa Il Palazzo, Farm Holiday. Residence In the Touscany's hills, Typical country house at middle way from Florence, Arezzo and Siena, in the Arno Valley, Valdarno, deep in Chianti Arezzo Territory. The villa consists by 5 apartments with 2 separate rooms to stay, two of which are a mezzanine above the living room; 4 apartments with independent bedroom, with 4 double beds in all, one of these rooms also has a additional single bed. Each apartment has a private bathroom, living room with kitchen and sofa bed, for a total of 9 living rooms plus a common living room and a common kitchen, with wood-burning oven and barbecue

Neighbourhood information

Extensive views over the hills and the forest bordering onto the Arno river and which you can reach along signed and pleasant pathways and which continue along through an interesting and protected area. Shared: lawn (7.000 m2) with several terracings surrounding the house and in one of which a beautiful swimming pool has been built (16x8) and which is linked to a children’s pool (4x4), a small house for use when at the pool with a changing room and toilet facilities, ancient wood burning oven, ping-pong and washing machine. Upon agreement with the owner guests can make use of a spacious (unfurnished) reception room with fireplace on the gr. fl. for communal activities.
