56 years old and graduated in sociology, chosing to devote its energies to keep alive the family estate, believing that in TRADITION lies the FUTURE and that "a new model of agriculture", respectful of the environment but highly innovative and creative, can pave the way to a better world ... unfortunately with a lot of efforts and personal sacrifices, but let's hold on :-) Luckily I have a nice family with two sweet girls which love country life and pets ! Some additional BEST POINTS of the Farm Holidays. - Freedom & autonomy: we usually offer the "Residence Formula", that is fully self-contained apartments with a complete equipped kitchenette, just 600 meters to the first supermarket and very close to further food & take-away services. For those who prefer a full service, it’s also possible an “All inclusive Formula" thanks to the low cost restaurants nearby, some in agreement (the first at only 350 meters away); - Historical activity: for more than 40 years hosts have been welcoming guests and have dedicated exclusively to this activity as their professional job ! They will do all their best to let you fall in love with this extraordinary land and its old tradition

Cottages and their GARDENS are all nestled by a very large and precious private park of 3 hectares equipped with various facilities, in addition to the further large area dedicated to our typically Mediterranean farms. APARTMENTS are spacious and autonomous, have self entrance and gardens with veranda or terrace in exclusive use and enjoy plenty of PRIVACY and DISTANCING. Access to the village and its recreational facilities is allowed only to the farmhouse’ residents, to protect our guests’ quietness. The main building is a precious seventeenth-century heritage located within a small archaeological area. Apartments have 1 up to 3 bedrooms each + living room with fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom and outdoor spaces. So a perfect place to enjoy relaxation in complete freedom and panoramic view over gardens and mountains. Everywhere excellent free WiFi connection (even outdoor) with fast browsing and Air Conditioning. POOL & SERVICES: among services and facilities available there are two small charming pools with a large equipped solarium, sun loungers and deck chairs for personal use only. On summer our location is equipped with various services freely accessible (see below).

STRATEGIC LOCATION and road connection that allows excellent mobility and easy access to practically everything. Just below the mountains of the two famous Majella and Gran Sasso National Parks, but only 30 minutes to beaches and to beautiful wilder Sea Reserves. Just 3 minutes by car to the first fully equipped Village. Abruzzo region is said "The GREEN AREA of EUROPE" so endless possibilities for amazing trekking, tours to medieval monuments nestled by nature and various other activities, sports and gastronomy, as well as easy daily tours to Rome possible (only 1.5 hours away). Just 30 minutes from the international Pescara airport and 2 hours around to Rome airports (also by direct bus shuttle). FULL ASSISTANCE to TOURISTS: you will be welcomed personally by the owners of the ancient Mansion who will provide you with complete assistance to discover the "secrets" of this incredible territory, wild, authentic and with one of the richest and extraordinary biodiversity in Europe. To help in your visit, the de Pompeis family has written its own personal guide that will be given to you along with many other tourist brochures (in the main languages) and taylored advice.
