Sea view apartments near Alassio beach

Set in a park 5km from the center of Alassio and 110 metres from the beach, Baba Residences offers sea view apartments with choice of private balcony, terrace, garden and private free parking . We are 100% Dog Friendly . We have 2 restaurants/bars with great sea views open during the summer season . Baba Beach ( not included in the price) is DOG FRIENDLY and opens June 1/Sept 15. There is a free dog friendly beach next to Baba open year long. We also have a tennis court and children' playground

Property information

we are uniquely positioned outside of Alassio overlooking our private beach and Gallinara island .What makes us special is that all our apartments have amazing sea views and we are 100% DOG FRIENDLY . Our 2 restaurants have consistently been ranked top 10% and our Baba Beach is DOG FRIENDLY.

Neighbourhood information

Alassio and its surrounding area has an amazing micro climate . many sports can be practiced ( cycling ,mountain climbing, sailing, scuba, tennis ,golf , ect) . shopping and eating out are outstanding ! enjoy !!!

Check-in takes place in Via Francesco Maria Giancardi 47, just 50 metres from the apartments. Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance.

Please note that the private beach area is available from 01 June until 30 September.

The property is locally known as Monti E Mare, please use this name when asking for directions.

Final cleaning is included, any cleaning during your stay is upon request and at extra charge.

The restaurant Aqua in the resort is open from Easter till the end of May only on weekends, from 1st of June till end of September it is open every evening .The bar Aqua is open for breakfast from Easter till end of September from 8 - 10:30 .
