The corporate objective is to offer, in areas of particular tourist interest, innovative services in the real estate field by proposing new techniques aimed at optimizing the property for short and medium term rentals. In particular, the services offered concern the marketing and advertising activities, the possibility of customizing the property, the complete management of the accommodation, administrative assistance and the booking of events for tourist purposes.

Our Suite is part of a brand new Boutique Hotel of only six rooms, located in a central position, a few steps from the lake and the historic center. Villa Balbianello Suite, inspired by the wonderful villa of Lenno, is all you can wish for your dream stay in the beautiful setting of the city of Como. Live unforgettable moments of romance and absolute comfort. In the structure there is a bar that provides breakfast included!
