The apartement is found in an optimal position which allows you to move around without using public transport. The train station is 5 minutes from the apartment as is the city center. Paid parking can be found in front of the apartment, on the other side of the street, and along the entire Corso Vittorio Emanuele. There are still free car parks near the train station. The apartement is served quite well, having supermarkets, banks, restaurants, bars and the main places of interest nearby.

Friendliness, professionalism and availability are the three points on which I try to invest to put the customer at ease and make him feel at home. Thanks to long experience in the hospitality and in a cleaning company, I always try to offer a clean and welcoming environment. Constructive criticism is always accepted in order to improve and offer a better quality service.
The property is located in the borough of Porta Maggiore in front of the Forte Malatesta, the municipal gardens and a few steps from the Duomo and Piazza dell'Arengo. The area is quiet, peaceful, clean and safe. You will enjoy a good view over the river and the famous Ascensione Hill. You can also admire Forte Malatesta, a former prison that can now be visited, which overlooks the river above the Ponte del Diavolo Bridge.
