Property information

Luxury flat, which has been completely renovated in 2016, located on the sixth floor of a condominium on the promenade in the centre of Luino. The flat consists of a wide and bright living room, a modern kitchen, which is fully equipped, two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom (shower and Jacuzzi), another room with a sofa bed and a further bathroom with shower. You can access the balcony, which features a dining area and a living area, from the living room and from the two bedrooms, to enjoy a breathtaking view of the lake. The flat is equipped with air conditioning, electric shutters and a parking space in the building’s courtyard.

Neighbourhood information

The flat is located on the sixth floor of a residential building in the centre of Luino, within a short walk of all amenities: supermarkets, pharmacies, newsstands, tabacco shops, petrol stations. The beaches of Colmegna and Maccagno are perfect for a family day out. The bus and railway stations are starting points for excursions to Switzerland or Milan. From the ferry port you can reach the Borromean Islands for an unforgettable trip. Every Wednesday there is a famous market in Luino's main square, with clothing and food stands.
