È un monolocale con ingresso indipendente che garantisce la totale privacy degli ospiti. Con posto auto privato non coperto. A due passi dal centro storico e da tutti i servizi (bar, supermercati, posta, banca, edicola). A 200 metri dal verdissimo Parco del Loto.
