Property information

We offer you a cozy studio flat surrounded by the magic of the old town. Reachable from the station in 10 minutes by bus every 5 minutes from Piazza Bra (Arena square) and the main train station (Porta Nuova). Easy to find and perfect for those traveling by train! Also convenient for those traveling by car, thanks to the nearby public parking lots (they are not included in our services but are a 5-minute walk from the apartment and easy to find, perfect for avoiding unpleasant entries into the ZTL!). Perfect place for a family trip or couple who wants to visit the beautiful city of Verona. The apartment is located in the historic center, near Piazza delle Erbe and in the ZTL area (we do not have permits for the limited traffic area). We therefore advise you to park in the "Parking Cittadella" or "Parcheggio Arsenale" and continue on foot.

Neighbourhood information

The neighborhood is very quiet, but full of life! Surrounded by restaurants of different types of cuisine (Mediterranean, ethnic, local, ...), bars and delicatessens. Also nearby are several points of interest such as Castel Vecchio and its Museum, the Torre dei Lamberti, the Verona Arena and the Palazzo della Granguardia, Piazza Dante and many others! There is also no shortage of evening entertainment facilities such as the Teatro Filarmonico, Teatro Nuovo, Cinema Kappadue (where films are also shown in the original language), the Sala Orsi where you can play billiards, Villa Brasavola where the famous Candlelight are held (concerts of contemporary music revisited in a classical key by candlelight).
