Storico appartamento ristrutturato composto da ampio spazio di condivisione e relax, con TV e divano, un'ampia camera matrimoniale, una camera singola, cucina attrezzata, due bagni con doccia e piccolo cortile interno. Fornito di servizi TV e aria condizionata. Adatto ad ospitare famiglie con bambini e giovani vacanzieri in cerca di avventura, l'appartamento si trova a Solarino, paese collinare collocato vicino ad importanti siti archeologici, naturalistici e città patrimonio dell'UNESCO come Siracusa, Palazzolo Acreide, Noto.
Solarino gode di un'ottima posizione geografica perchè si trova a soli 56 km dall'aeroporto di Catania-Fontanarossa, principale scalo della Sicilia orientale, a 18 km da Siracusa, a circa mezz'ora d'auto da Noto, a 25 km da spiagge dorate e scogliere bagnate da mare cristallino, a 15 km da Pantalica e a 30 km dalla Riserva Naturale Orientata Cavagrande del Cassibile. A Solarino è possibile fare visita ai "luoghi Paolini" così denominati perché legati al culto dell'apostolo di Tarso, San Paolo, patrono del paese: pozzo di San Paolo, grotta di San Paolo e i resti della Chiesa, la Chiesa Madre nella piazza principale in cui si affaccia l'appartamento.
