If you are looking for an awakening surrounded by the greenery of the woods, breathing in the scents of nature, you can stay at Cà Toni, a single villa in a rural village near Pavullo nel Frignano, on the route of Via Vandelli.. Ideal for couples, for travelers and for anyone who wants to find peace away from chaotic and stressful life. The property has a living room with sofa and Smart-TV, equipped kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom with shower, plus Wi-Fi and heating.. Outside there is a green area, with a porch, where you can relax and eat.. Parking is in front of the structure, is free and accommodates only one car.
The house is located on the Via Vandelli route (CAI path n.520), nearby there are other panoramic paths that can be explored on foot, by bike or e-bike. 2km away there is a restaurant and a riding stable. In 10 minutes you can reach the center of Pavullo nel Frignano where, in addition to the historic center, you can find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, hospital, swimming pool and other places of leisure and interest such as the airfield, Castello di Montecuccolo, Olina Bridge, the village of Lavacchio and the Devil's Bridge. 3 km away you come across the Nuova Estense state road, through which you can reach Maranello, home of Ferrari, with the possibility of visiting its museum and the historic team. In about 45 minutes you can reach Modena. In winter it is possible to reach the Cimone and Abetone ski resorts.
