With mountain views, the Casa Enea holiday home is perfect for a relaxing stay just minutes from Lake Como and all the amenities of Colico. The 68 m² property can accommodate 4 people and consists of a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms complete with linens and 1 bathroom with shower, bidet and washing machine (you can decide to bring your own towels or use the rental service). Wi-Fi, smart TV, air conditioning and mosquito nets on all windows complete the offer of this accommodation. The outdoor area, completely fenced, includes a private garden equipped with sun loungers, umbrella, solar shower, barbecue and a covered area with table and chairs to enjoy outdoor meals and admire the view of the mountains. NEW 2025: STARTING FROM JUNE 1ST, A PRIVATE 2X2 METERS HYDROMASSAGE TUB WITH 5 SEATS WILL BE AVAILABLE IN THE GARDEN. There are 2 parking spaces available on the property. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The property has a step-free entrance and interior. This property has guidelines to help guests separate waste correctly. More information is available on site. Please note that the host lives above the property (the property consists of two apartments), but guests have their own private entrance.
