The property is located on the second and top floor of a private residence accessible by an internal staircase. The flat has two double bedrooms and in one of these rooms there is also an additional single bed. Therefore, the property can comfortably accommodate up to 5 persons. In addition, a baby cot can also be provided on request. In the spacious entrance hall there is a dining table that can be comfortably used by 5 persons. The bathroom in the flat has a shower, hairdryer and washing machine. The kitchen offers everything you need for preparing meals including a small high table and stools for breakfast. The flat has free Wi-Fi, 3 flat-screen TVs and air conditioning. From the balconies, equipped with a table and chairs, you can have breakfast and enjoy a beautiful sea view. Only small pets are allowed.
Hello! I am Liliana and I live on the first floor in this building. I am available to advise you how to best discover our beautiful land, from restaurants to beaches, to the most beautiful places to visit. I am very sociable but also discreet and respectful of my guests' privacy. Check out is no later than 11:00 am and check in only after 3:00 pm, however these times can be flexible prior arrangement.
The facility is located in a very quiet area of Porto Sant'Elpidio, on a hill 1.5 km from the beach and the town's main square.. Nearby there are: pharmacy, supermarket, pastry bar and Padel playgrounds. The waterfront has a beautiful promenade that stretches from north to south and in the summertime is bustling with many clubs, bars and restaurants. There are numerous shops and factory outlets for footwear and clothing of famous brand names for men/women/children. Among the many places to visit: the city of Fermo with its cathedral; Recanati, the birthplace of poet Giacomo Leopardi; the sanctuary of the Madonna di Loreto; the Conero mountain; the Frasassi caves. Le marche region is famous for its many pictoresque small towns such as Monte Vidon Corrado where there is the museum of renowned artist Osvaldo Licini. We are looking forward to welcoming you!
