The location is strategic, a short distance from the subway, easily reachable with a few bus stops that pass under the house. Cesano Boscone is a medieval village in the immediate vicinity of the municipality of Milan, the bus stop for the underground direction is 1 minute from the house. On Sundays in the historic center adjacent to the structure, in Via Pogliani, there is often a farmer's market with 0 km products, on Wednesdays instead, in Via Repubblica, a 10-minute walk away, you will find the weekly market with food and textile stalls. A few steps away we also find the Crystal Cinema, the House of Music and the Sacra Famiglia Institute. Next to Casa Manolo there is also the car park for enjoy rental cars
