Perfect for families, our restored farmhouse of 234 sqm is on eight acres with olive trees and breathtaking views of medieval hilltop villages and the Sibillini Mountains. A private pool (9m x 4m, uniform depth of 1.4 m or 4.6 feet) with free fast wifi throughout the grounds, a heated outdoor shower, and hanging chairs you won't want to leave are some of our unique amenities. The ground floor has an open plan with a large dining table and kitchen and three access doors. The living room has a sofa bed, a Smart TV, and DVD player. A Bluetooth portable speaker ensures you can enjoy your music outside. The ground floor bathroom has a clothes washing machine. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms have ensuite baths while two bedrooms share a spacious family bath with skylight. The Giardino bedroom also has a separate door to the outside stairs and a balcony with a bistro set. The grounds, olive trees, fruit trees, are all yours to enjoy. If it's ripe, pick and eat it! Our expansive garden, the covered poolside casetta, and the outdoor dining area were all designed to optimize the views. No neighbors will disrupt your peace and tranquility, and Tolentino, with its market, sights, and restaurants is only a 10-minute drive. The Adriatic beaches and the Sibillini Mountains are 35 minutes away. We are in a private but not isolated location. Colmurano is a 5 minute drive and has an ATM, pharmacy, two bars, an excellent butcher, an award-winning winery, a renowned bakery, and a fresh vegetable and fruit store. A car is the best way to explore le Marche. We will provide directions and we have parking for 4-5 cars. Our road is fully paved and not busy, making it ideal for bicyclists. Casa Pace e Gioia is easy to find with directions.
