The apartment is very modern has been recently refurbished (2014) and consists in; a large bedroom with double bed and where can be added a cot for children under 2 years. Attached to the bedroom there is a small room cabinets and a vestibule. In addition there is a kitchen equipped with all appliances, and a modern bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. The exterior part is composed of a sofa room with flat TV convertible into a bedroom with two beds, a living area with inside; dining table for 5 people, sofa, bookcases and satellite TV. Both rooms have direct access to a large terrace of 40 square meters for the exclusive use of the guests, where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the city but ,above all , an exceptional view of the sea. The feeling is of being on board of a yacht. On the terrace there are beach chairs, umbrella for comfortable sunbathing and a large dining table for 6 people where you can enjoy lunch or breakfast under the sun. Privacy is totally assured. 300 meters from the house it is available a free car park for exclusive use of the guest .The house is equipped with all the comforts WiFi, air conditioning, central heating, bed linen, towels, dishes etc.
I like very much to travel, meet people from different countries I LOVE MY FAMILY LOVE YOU READ AND STAY IN CONTACT WITH NATURE I live exactly under the house Palmira. Therefore, I'm available 24 hrs on 24 to solve problems and ensure that everything functions in the best way.
The Palmira Palace, was built in the early years of the 900, it is located in the most exclusive area of the city, very central, close to shopping centers and the best restaurants in the area. It is only 10 minutes walk from Mirabello port where you can spend a pleasant evening or to embark for the 5 terre(five lands), Portovenere and the island Palmaria. From the Central Station is only 20 minutes walk. By car you can reach Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio in 40 minutes, Pisa in 60 minutes, Florence in 75 minutes, or on the west side Rapallo, Portofino and Genoa in 60 minutes. Lerici is just 15 minutes drive where you can find sandy beaches with restaurant, a golf course and a tennis club.
