Just an hour's drive from Venice, Verona, Padua, Treviso, and the Dolomites, Casa Clarita is the ideal base for exploring the wonders of Veneto. A big, stylish holiday home for recharging and enjoying the panoramic views of the castle of Marostica, where the house is located. A place perfect for families, groups, couples, and solo travelers. Casa Clarita is close to Parking lots, ATMs and supermarkets. The space has been fully restyled and includes: equipped kitchen, living room with smart tv, 150sm private+fenced courtyard with garden, bbq and a 30sm solarium terrace, ideal for a glass of wine while watching the hills. Free parking is 3 mins walking from the house, while supermarkets, groceries, pharmacies are less than 10 mins walking.
Ciao! I’m Mariaclara, I’m 36 years old and I bought this big, bright, 1910s house three years ago, in Marostica, the place where I was born. I have a degree in design, which was very helpful during the process of restructuring, that i personally managed. I love running, snowboarding, listening to music, spending time with/cooking for friends and enjoying the beautiful things of life such as a sunny day or a good glass of wine. Most people say that my house looks like me :) welcoming and clean with a twist of colorful, unexpected details. That’s why I really hope you will enjoy your staying (and treat the house with care, too!). I also have a degree in languages, too (I can speak English fluently, French quite well, and a little German).
The house is in the very heart of Marostica medieval old-town, Outside the ancient city-walls it is possible to walk or ride through some beautiful paths and trails of the stunning hills. During 2024 there will some restorations works in the nearby castle tower (east side of the house will look a little different)
