House with a colorful and picturesque Aeolian style, rich in majolica and with a characteristic architecture. A few steps from the marina, a small area full of shops, bars and restaurants. Area served by supermarkets and grocery stores. A 15-minute walk from the port crossing the main street through the quiet alleys of the island. House equipped with every comfort and large spaces, also ideal for couples with children. The complex has a kitchen, bathroom, a large and welcoming living area with large windows, a large double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds and a sofa bed. You will also find a 20m2 garden where you can make a nice barbecue. The house also lends itself to escapes from the city in winter as it is equipped with a warm pellet stove and wifi to be able to work in smart working all year round.

Residential and very quiet area, with many structures in the vicinity to which you can use their services such as swimming pool entrance, catering and much more.
