I was born and live in Florence. Love of history and its culture. I love my city and throughout its history. Passionate about cooking, but mostly (as a good Tuscan) ....... of good Chianti wine!

In this property We have 1 main Villa for 10 people with private swimming pool and garden and 4 apartments with shared big swimming pool (8x15 m), gardens and barbeque area. All apartments have private sun chairs and umbrella near the shared swimming pool and private area with table and chairs to eat outside

Neighbourhood information

Near Villa il Castellacico you can find Lucolena (2 Km), there is a grocery store and a Pizzeria (Friday Saturday Sunday). In Dudda (2 km) there is a small grocery store and a restaurant. In Figline Valdarno (10 km from Villa il Castellaccio) you can find a supermarket (Coop) and the train station to go in the center of Florence just in 30 minutes. In Greve in Chianti (10 Km) there are all shops, supermarket and restaurants. Near Villa il Castellaccio there are some beautiful villages as: Greve in Chianti, Montefioralle, Radda, San Gimignano, Monteriggioni ecc...
